Episode 101: Slug Loaf After a very long hiatus, our heros are back to discuss proper slug disposal, the wonders of Rome, and more.
Episode 100: FINALLY! Finally, after far more than 100 weeks, and one botched attempt at filming a 100th episode extravaganza, Bryan and Sarah sit down (in their own respective states) and record a 100th episode by themselves. And somewhat fittingly, the 100th episode represents a pretty momentus occasion as a once in a lifetime opportunity has presented itself to one of our hosts. Listen in, as this may very well be the beginning of a new chapter in the Ironstag Hour podcast. Who knows.
Episode 99: Timber!! This week, Sarah faces some serious Country Living challenges. Falling redwood trees, ghosts, killer blackberry bushes, and more! Plus, we discuss the recent Oregonion prostitution scandal, and take a look at the situation from the standpoint of someone who's judgement may be more than a bit impaired.
Episode 98: Keep Portland Weird This week, Bryan, Sarah, and Dave discuss the recent weird goings-on in Portland. Starting with a recent big-time drug bust at their alma mater, Reed College, and moving on to the frisky couple who was arrested on Valentines day for some incredibly brave role-playing. They also discuss their connection to the new season of Portlandia, and check in with Townes to see if he is still full of grace.
Episode 97: Premature Ejubilation - Townes Full of Grace This week, we record what we thought at the time was Episode 100. Unfortunately, we were waaaaaaay ahead of ourselves. But this week we have Sarah back in Portland, Dave is in the studio, and Listener Nik joins us as well. We have a discussion about the recent exploits of hacker group Anonymous (and how awesome they are), how much food Townes can pack away before serious medical harm befalls him, and anthropomorphic car accessories. Join us!

Episode 90: WTF China? / The Liquid Bowels of Revenge

This week, Bryan, Sarah, and Dave react to the video which has divided the nation of China. Last week, a video surfaced in which a 2-year old Chinese girl is hit by a truck and left to die as almost 20 passers-by ignore her. Dave, who has lived and worked in China, has a unique perspective to share about this situation. (Since we recorded this episode, the little girl tragically died, and two arrests have been made, and new laws have been proposed). Also, we discuss feline revenge pooping.

Episode 89: Ocupado

occupy portland

This week, Sarah and Bryan contemplate revolution in lieu of the Occupy Portland protests. They talk about the 99%, the 1%, corporate person-hood, horribly crooked financial institutions, the Portland police, and shutting down Lake Oswego. They debate whether or not change can ever truly be accomplished by non-violent protest. They also discuss fat people who drive Rascal scooters.

Episode 88: The River Wild

This week, after over almost four full months away, Sarah makes her triumphant return to Ironstag Studios to tell the tale of the worst summer ever. We finally hear the terrifying tale of the rafting trip she took back in July, which very nearly ended in tragedy. In addition, we discuss Sarah's return to the workforce, the tragic passing of Steve Jobs, and nipple tape. Join us as we travel in a Lamborghini or awesomeness fueled by rainbows of love.
