So, we are digging into the archives to bring you our interview with Danny Phillips, better known as D.J.P. Currently a contestant on the BET Reality Show "Master of the Mix", Danny is one of the pioneers of the turntablism style commonly known as the "Mash-Up". His album "Uneasy Listening" with DJ Z-Trip is an underground classic, considered one of the best turntable albums of all time, and inspiring legions of copycats.

So, we are digging into the archives to bring you our interview with Danny Phillips, better known as D.J.P. Currently a contestant on the BET Reality Show "Master of the Mix", Danny is one of the pioneers of the turntablism style commonly known as the "Mash-Up". D.J.P has been a professional DJ for almost 20 years, touring with rockbands 311, Garbage, and Lit and sharing the stage with some of the most influential hip-hop artists of our time.
