Episode 96: Driving Mister Dave This week, Bryan and Dave discuss their resolutions for 2012, Dave's newly rediscovered ability to drive, and how they believe the world may end in 2012. Bryan also attempts to explain why it's taken 3 weeks to edit an episode.
Episode 95: Bryan and Dave Break the Microphone This week, after a brief break for the holidays, Bryan and Dave sit down to catch up. They discuss what causes dog poop to turn white (something I'm sure keeps a lot of you up nights, tossing and turning in bed) and what they would do if they never had to worry about money again. Dave tells us about the Museum of Human Stupidity he's always wanted to open, and Bryan starts looking for an island to purchase. Then, everything comes crashing to a halt as they manage to break the microphone while re-enacting a popular local television commercial...
Not Episode 95: Master of the Mix: An Interview with D.J.P Due to a variety of reasons, which briefly discussed at the top of this week's episode, there is no new episode this week. So, we are digging into the archives to bring you our interview with Danny Phillips, better known as D.J.P. Currently a contestant on the BET Reality Show "Master of the Mix", Danny is one of the pioneers of the turntablism style commonly known as the "Mash-Up". His album "Uneasy Listening" with DJ Z-Trip is an underground classic, considered one of the best turntable albums of all time, and inspiring legions of copycats.
Episode 94: Welcome to Flavortown This week, Sarah and Bryan discuss her upcoming move to the wild wilderness of Washington... and Bryan becomes incredibly jealous. They discuss what she will miss most about Portland, and what she won't miss in the least. They briefly discuss the reopening of the Natalie Wood case, Bryan discusses his newfound obsession with fellow Santa Rosa native Guy Fieri (aka the Kulinary Gangster), and finally they tag up on last week's "People That Need to Die" segment.
Episode 93: Doppelgänger This week, we introduce three new features to the Ironstag Hour... "Cat Scat Chat" (which is exactly what it sounds like), "David Drexler Learns About a Celebrity", and "People That Need to Die". In addition, we talk about not one, but TWO former I.H. guests who are now on television (WATCH MASTER OF THE MIX ON BET!!), how we are responsible for movies like "Paranormal Activity", meeting your Doppelgänger, and finally address the scandal at Penn State University.
